Dell XPS 8940

Hello My Dell desktop is working but it is experiencing an issue as follows: - I switch it on and it seems to immediately power up, then shut down, before powering on again properly. - When I go to my user account to login it then tells me that I've been blocked due to multiple shut downs and have to leave the device on for 2 hours before logging in again. - The PC then works as normal but the power button flashes one white then three amber, rather than just being white. It basically works apart from the start-up issue but it is obviously very inconvenient to have to wait 2 hours to use the PC after switch on! Would love a quote. Thank you!
