I'm reaching out to enquire whether you offer repair services for LCD monitors—specifically, in a Samsung 2433BW monitor. The screen briefly turns on before going black. It's something to do with the CCFL backlight because if I shine a touch on it you can see it is still on. I understand it may be a common symptom of a failing backlight or inverter.
