My daily job role varies from teaching novices users, to virus removal, to networking computers and upgrading internal hardware. When possible I will respond the same day, mostly it's within 1 working day; I am available to work after office hours. I aim to solve the problem at your home or workplace, but if I need to take the computer away, I will keep you informed before undertaking any costly repairs or upgrades. I try to avoid using jargon, helping to keep the language of computers simple.

Integrity is the foundation of my business approach; and customer satisfaction is my highest priority. You can expect a confidential and reliable service with a smile. I started providing PC Support as a business in 2003 with a handful of customers. Now in 2014, I have a good mix of over 400 home and business customers using my support services.
