DTec is a family run Computer Sales & Repair Business established back in 1997 we operate from 2 shops one based in Penrith and one Carlisle. Both shops have large Showrooms stocked with the latest Laptops, Desktops, Printers and accessories. We have gained a reputation for offering top-quality computer systems at very competitive prices. We are a little different to other computer shops as we pride ourselves on the best possible aftersales service and the majority of our business comes from repeat customers and word of mouth recommendations. We offer jargon free advice and talk plain English. Everything we sell includes Lifetime Technical Support, over the phone or you can call into one of our shops it's important to remember when you ring for support you get through to us not a call centre miles away!
