Division IT

I was on a business trip with my work computer and all of a sudden my laptop would not come on again. I had a major project due that day that needed to be accessed quickly. I called everyone, and no one else would come repair my computer that same day. Division IT had a technician at my house within a couple of hours. He then transferred all the files on my laptop to another pc so I was able to work. Laptop has been repaired next day. Since then I'm using their remote support computer service even when I'm abroad. When you have computer problem and you are after exceptional support, do what I did - Call Division IT!
