I was on a business trip with my work computer and all of a sudden my laptop would not come on again. I had a major project due that day that needed to be accessed quickly. I called everyone, and no one else would come repair my computer that same day. Division IT had a technician at my house within a couple of hours. He then transferred all the files on my laptop to another pc so I was able to work. Laptop has been repaired next day. Since then I'm using their remote support computer service even when I'm abroad.
