If we need to take a computer away for diagnostics or to complete a repair which would simply take too long to complete on-site, we will agree a fair fixed price for the repair and move heaven and earth to get it back to you as quickly as possible - usually by the next day.
If we need to order parts, we'll leave your computer with you if it's in a usable condition and arrange repair when the part has been received.

If your computer isn't usable, we may be able to loan you a replacement to keep you going until yours is sorted.

He's got multiple addresses which don't exist. He's a rip off will try and charge you £300 for a keyboard.
