Leamington, WarwickshireWhen asked for a quote for battery repairs, John, the owner, broke my computer keyboard through ignorance. Then he refused to repair or replace or reimburse me for the damage. Told me the machine had no value so they didn't have to do anything. I contacted trading standards and outlining their statutory duties. They then offered a jerry-rigged machine with a part for a different operating system that didn't fully work and told me this. They do not adhere to trading standards. They have been arrogant, rude, shouty, unhelpful and completely disinterested in putting right the mistakes they caused in the communications, despite me putting forward some fair, reasonable and researched solutions to the issue. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They do not have the ability to tell you honestly that they can't fix something so will break it and cause untold damage to your machine. Disappointed with their personal insults that follow the reviews too.
