My laptop cd drive won’t open unless you put a thin screwdriver in the release hole and when I put a cd in there it doesn’t seem to be reading it it’s not showing up on iTunes or playing anywhere else it was working fine but now it won’t. I can hear the cd starts in the drive but it’s not showing up anywhere on the laptop iTunes or playing.
