I bought this External Drive in May 2020. Recently, it was running very slowly so I decided to back up everything to another external (Western Digital) drive. The transfers were getting incredibly slow, and whilst the drive would show up in Device Manager, it would often take ages to appear as a drive on 'This PC'. It now does not even show in Device Manager. I understand that this is an SSD, although it sounds like an HDD! There is currently 1.2TB free.
