MJS Computer Services was founded in 1999 by Michael J Searle, providing callout services & remote support to both domestic & business customers. The founder (MJS) has, to date, 25 years experience in PC/laptop fault diagnosis, repairs, upgrades & technical support.
In November, 2012, our very first repair centre was opened in Birtley, County Durham. Since then, MJS Computer Services has continued to expand, constantly looking to evolve alongside the latest technology releases. We have built an excellent reputation with a constantly growing customer base.

Thank you so much to Michael at MJS Computers. I rang MJS after Apple refused to fix my iMac as it is over 5 years old. Michael didn't hesitate in offering to help me. In this day and age it is unusual to find someone like Michael who is extremely genuine and friendly as he takes his customer service very seriously. You will get a first class service at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending MJS Computers to anyone and I will be using them for all my iPhone, iPad and iMac issues from now on. I entered the shop as a stranger and left as a friend. I cannot recommend this service highly enough - go and see for yourself!
I meant to leave you a great review for fixing my daughter's iPad screen quicker than a flash, but I went on my holidays and didn't get a chance...Anyhow, right from the minute I phoned MJS, they were lovely, supportive and got the job done super quick. The staff were great. Very polite and cheery and the service they provide is clearly very professional as there were lots of people wanting work done, both in the shop and ringing on the phone! When my ipad was repaired, there was a tiny mark on the screen (really nothing at all) and the guy offered immediately to redo it free of charge, however it was entirely unnecessary as the job was done perfectly well, and will soon be covered in little people's fingerprints! Thank you for delivering a highly efficient, speedy service which was reasonably priced and for both being really lovely, polite, courteous guys. I'd highly recommend MJS Computer Services to anyone and everyone (and have already done too!).
