About the Business
The business is run by Alex Brackley BSc (myself), who graduated from the University of East Anglia with an Honours Degree in Business Computing. Since 2004, I have been removing viruses, building pc systems and repairing all types of computers including desktops, laptops and netbooks. I offer a great service to all my customers who always contact me if they have any problems or computer related questions. The main reason I like to think that people choose to use my services regularly is because I am very approachable and also because I explain every detail in a jargon free language.
All too often IT professionals totally confuse the customer, which in the end, doesn't benefit anyone. So, if you are having any problems with your computer or would just like some advice on any aspect of computing, please do not hesitate to call.
