Service is fast and reliable. Had lot of viruses on my Dell Inspiron 15, now windows 10 installed with quick heal. no issues now. Issue got resolved in one afternoon! They then called to say it was ready to pick up! 10/10.
Can't go wrong with protege, friendly, full of advice and genuine. I will be buying a system from them for my son as a Xmas pressie and will be ging back often when ever I have a problem! Better than all computer shops around the area that's for sure.
