About the Business

Established in 2000 The PC Doctor started in Warrington as a family run business based at our home address in Great Sankey. Initially running out of our dining room as the business progressed we needed more space and put a 20ft by 18ft workshop in the garden and fully kitted it out with electrics, trunked cat 5 cables even Sky TV.

This worked very well however the business continued to grow and we needed more workshop space which led to the move to our workshop premises in St Helens 4 years ago, the business as always is completely family run.

Due to the Covid Pandemic and the workshop being forcibly closed we have reverted back to working from home.

Today the business operates from our home address in Warrington allowing our customers to drop off and collect their machines in a location that is closest to them. This works well as the ability to drop machines off and collect outside work hours is much better with it being our home address, customers like the fact that they see us in our home environment and feel reassured due to our reviews and the length of time we have traded from this location.
