My service includes just a few of the following that I deal with often, software updating, virus / adware / malware scans, defragmenting, scandisk, toolbar removals, data backup and retrievals, and general cleaning of the pc. I also "offer" a same day service typical time duration 3 hour period.

I can be on-site a.s.a.p and work until very late in the mornings so much so no-one else offers this service, or if you wish I do overnight trips, saying that you can drop off your computer or laptop at my workshop. I will put it through it's paces and after discussing the fault with you and advise you of costs, I will service and make repairs with your consent. If you suspect that you have a virus or are experiencing technical difficulties, bring it in to me before its to late. Speed can be crucial to prevent loss of crucial files stored on your computer, I can defragment your drive safely and securely and in most cases it can speed up your pc.

PC Health Check/Service Your computer / laptop / imac / ipad needs regular maintenance just like a car does, to keep it at its optimum level of performance otherwise it can build up redundant files, unessential programs, shortcuts, dead links and get clogged with dust etc inside your machine, over time this degrades your equipment and reduces efficiency and will then need replacing costing more to you, bring it in to me and i can solve those issues.

Computer Tuition If you are looking to brush up your IT skills or need further education on computers, no problem here at croydon computer medic I can teach you what you need to know from a wide spectrum of categories, i.e: internet, spreadsheets, word, printing, typing skills, search engine searches, copy/pasting, I can show you how to do this. whether your young or old or have children that you want to introduce to IT, from an early age.
